One Japanese apologizes to the Chinese for the horrible things they did in China by.............. having sex with them.
Why are the Koreans reporting on this? Are they jealous?

If this is real, she probably has nymphomaniac tendencies and is using this as an excuse to have lots of sex with random guys. I bet she was abused growing up or is otherwise damaged.
It doesn't make any sense for the ancestors of a crime to pay the ancestors of victims of a crime. That's why things like reparations are so ridiculous.
